At Desuka, we care about your experience and want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully. If your request qualifies, we’ll be happy to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Conditions
- Returns are only applicable to online orders.
o You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order (AKA DATE OF DELIVERY). If approved, you’ll receive store credit to use on future purchases as we issue only store credits for the return or exchange of items.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- No returns or exchanges on:
o Products purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or using coupon codes
o Accessories
o Items purchased during pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-studio visits
o Products that have been cut, customised, coloured, styled, or chemically treated after purchase
- After 10 days of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.
Important Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return:
1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Record a clear, unedited video of the package before opening the courier seal.
The video must be steady and show the full product condition.
2. Seal Tag Must Be Intact
If the Desuka seal tag is broken or tampered with, the product becomes non-returnable.
3. Condition of Product
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Do not brush, cut, colour, or style the product before returning.
4. Shipping Fee Deduction
A flat ₹300 will be deducted from all returns to cover logistics and handling.
5. COMBO Orders are not valid for partial exchange or return. All items in the combo need to be returned back.
6. Desuka will not resend or refund (store credit) for the order that shows Delivered on the tracking status. However, we can start an investigation through our courier partner.
7. At Desuka, we truly value your investment and are happy to offer exchanges on all hair extensions. However, since our products are made from 100% human hair, they fall under strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way. You are welcome to open the packaging to check if the shade matches your hair, as we do not provide separate testers. (This is strictly for online only not in store purchases)
Return Process
For Domestic Orders (India)
1. Initiate Return:
Log in to your account at [desuka.co] or click the return link.
Choose the item and submit your reason along with a photo.
2. Approval:
Our team will review your request.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Whether you are returning an order for return or exchange, you (buyer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs, i.e, You will have to send us back the items via any shipping courier with tracking id/number included as Desuka cannot take responsibility for the lost return.
4. Quality Check:
Once received, the product undergoes QC (Quality Check).
5. Store Credit Issued:
After passing QC, store credit will be sent via email within 7–10 working days.
Returns for International Orders

Please send your return request to customersupport@desuka.co
along with your order details and reason for return.
Approval & Shipping
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may ship the item back to our India address at your own expense.
Kindly note that reverse pickup is not available for international orders.
Quality Check & Store Credit
After we receive the returned product and verify that it is in original condition, a store credit will be issued to you via email.
Please note: Shipping charges borne by you will be deducted, and the balance amount will be credited to your store credit.
You can then use this store credit to purchase a new product of your choice.
Important Note
Returns or exchanges are not applicable if the returned product fails quality checks (e.g., used, tampered, or damaged items).
Any new purchase made with store credit will be treated as a fresh sale, and conversations, offers, or conditions from the previous order cannot be carried forward.
Standard international shipping charges will apply to the new order as per actual rates.
For international customers, the subsequent purchase will be treated as a new order, and shipping charges will apply as per actual rates.
Why In-Store Purchases Are Not Returnable
Products purchased during in-studio trials or events are not eligible for return or exchange, since you personally tried, approved, and may have customised the product (such as cutting or fitting), it is considered a final sale.
Store Credit Policy
No bank refunds. All refunds are issued as store credit.
Store credit will be shared via email and can be used for your next purchase.
Items bought using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Order
1. To receive the return shipping address, please contact us at customersupport@desuka.co.
2. Carefully pack the items you wish to return.
3. Clearly mention the following details on the package: Order Number/ID, Full Name, Contact Number, and Email Address. (This step is mandatory for us to identify and track your return).
4. Ship the package through a reliable courier service with a tracking ID, and share the tracking details with us. This will help us monitor the return and ensure it reaches us safely.
Additional Notes
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing customersupport@desuka.co
· During festivals, sale periods, or due to natural disruptions, deliveries may take up to 20 days.
This delay is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Beware of Scams
We only sell through:
Trusted platforms like Amazon under the Desuka brand.
Avoid unofficial sellers. If purchased from an unauthorized source, we cannot assist with returns or support.
